Getting started is really easy. There are just a couple steps you HAVE to do before you can schedule appointments. First you'll need to tap on Clinic Services in the menu to the left of the screen. A default service is provided but you must select a practitioner to perform that service. A red checkmark will appear by a practitioner if they do perform that service.
Once you have applied a practitioner to a service you'll need to set that practitioners hours. These two steps create the foundation of how and when the online scheduler works. Next tap on "Practitioner Availability", a popup should appear asking you if you'd like to set default hours to begin with. It is an easy way to see how it will look once hours are designated to a practitioner. Employee hours can be changed at anytime.
